Account Deletion
MosqueFees allows you to delete your account directly from within the app. If you are unable to access the app, you can also request account deletion by contacting us via email.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: In-App Deletion
You can delete your account from within the MosqueFees app:
- Open the MosqueFees app and log in.
- Navigate to your Account settings.
- Select "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we will process your request.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account credentials and profile information.
- Personal data such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Any linked student or parent records associated with your account.
- Push notification tokens and device associations.
What May Be Retained
Certain records may be retained in de-identified or restricted form where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes, including:
- Financial and payment transaction records, as required for tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Aggregated or anonymised data that cannot be used to identify you.
Timeframe
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
