• Parent and student records, including student names, date of birth, gender, classroom, attendance, and report information.
• Payment and billing metadata, such as payment references, amounts, statuses, and transaction identifiers.
• Device notification token (Expo push token) to deliver notifications.
• Diagnostic and error data for reliability monitoring when enabled.

How We Use Data

• To provide core product features (fees, attendance, reporting, messaging, and account management).
• To support payment workflows and keep transaction records consistent.
• To send service notifications, including payment and announcement updates.
• To detect issues, secure the platform, and improve stability.

Payments and Stripe

MosqueFees uses Stripe for card payment processing.

• Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by MosqueFees.
• MosqueFees stores payment metadata required for reconciliation, history, and support.

Data Sharing and Tracking

• We do not sell personal data and do not use advertising tracking SDKs.
• We share data with service providers only where needed to operate the platform (for example, payment processing and technical infrastructure).
• We may disclose data when required by law.

Children and Student Data

MosqueFees processes student information to enable mosque operations and parent access to attendance, reporting, and payment records. Student data is treated as sensitive and protected with access controls and role-based permissions.

Data Security and Retention

• We apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data.
• Data is retained as needed for legal, financial, and operational requirements.
• Account deletion is available in-app; records required for audit and financial compliance may be retained in de-identified or restricted form.
