Using MosqueFees

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.
• You may use MosqueFees only for lawful mosque administration and related purposes.
• You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or try to access data without permission.
• Access may be suspended or ended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or comply with law.

Customer and user responsibilities

Mosques are responsible for managing their authorised users and ensuring that the records, payment information, notifications, and instructions they enter are accurate and lawful. Parents and other payers are responsible for reviewing payment details and making payments when due.

Privacy and data processing

Our Privacy Notice explains how Ribblesoft Ltd handles personal data. Where we process student, parent, staff, payment, or other personal data on behalf of a mosque, our Data Processing Terms also form part of the agreement with that mosque.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to MosqueFees, our business, or legal requirements. The current version and effective date will be shown here, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.
