Connect Stripe to collect fees online
Complete Stripe onboarding so parents can pay fees by card through the web portal.

MosqueFees uses Stripe to process card payments. Money goes to your mosque's own Stripe account — MosqueFees never holds your funds.
Before you start
- You must be signed in as the main admin.
- Have your organisation details ready, such as your charity registration number and bank account details.
Set up Stripe
- Go to Dashboard → Payments and choose Set up Stripe.
- Follow the Stripe onboarding flow and provide the requested organisation, identity, and bank details.
- Return to the Payments page. When Stripe shows details submitted, charges enabled, and payouts enabled, online payments are live.
What parents see
Once Stripe is fully enabled, parents get a Make Payment option in the web portal. They select their outstanding payments and pay by card through a secure Stripe checkout. Card payments are not currently available in the mobile app.
Track incoming payments
The Payments page lists each family's period payments with statuses such as Payable, Overdue, and paid. An embedded Stripe dashboard on the same page shows the underlying card transactions and payouts.
