How parents sign in, what they can see, and how they pay fees through the web portal.

When the mosque adds a parent, that parent gets their own account. They can use the web portal at the same login page as staff, or the MosqueFees mobile app for iOS and Android.
What parents can do
- See upcoming and past payments, and pay outstanding fees by card through the web portal when the mosque has Stripe enabled.
- Read published student reports for their children.
- Follow hifz progress, including recent entries and scores.
- View incidents recorded for their children.
- Read announcements and exchange messages with the mosque.
Paying fees
- The parent signs in to the web portal and opens Make Payment.
- They tick the outstanding payments they want to pay and see the total.
- They pay by card through a secure Stripe checkout and get instant confirmation.
Get the mobile app
The MosqueFees app is available on the App Store and Google Play. Parents sign in with the same email and password as the web portal. To make a card payment, they must sign in through the web portal instead.
